Use of Study Nova AI means you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Use of the Service
Study Nova AI provides educational and learning-related tools. Use the platform responsibly and lawfully. Do not disrupt services, seek unauthorized access, misuse accounts or use the platform to harm others.
3. User Responsibilities and Accounts
Some features may require an account. Provide accurate information where required, protect your credentials, do not share another user's account and tell us if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI features can provide assistance, explanations, notes, quizzes and flashcards, but generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify important information before relying on it for examinations, academic work or other important decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
The Study Nova AI name, branding, original designs, software and original platform content are protected by applicable law. Third-party content, services and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not copy, reproduce or distribute proprietary content where prohibited, compromise platform security, violate laws or interfere with other users' access.
7. Service Availability and Feature Changes
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical issues, updates or supporting services may affect access. Features and usage limits may change as the service develops.
8. Limitation of Liability
Study Nova AI is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from interruptions, technical issues, AI inaccuracies or use of information provided through the platform.

Access may be suspended or restricted if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, compromises security or uses the service unlawfully.
