Use the account creation flow in the Study Nova AI application when it is available. Follow the on-screen instructions and use an email address you can access.
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. If you cannot access the reset flow, contact support with the email linked to your account.
Choose an available AI learning tool in the app, enter a clear study-related prompt or request, and review the response carefully. AI output can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.
Features may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, technical issues or changes to a supporting service. Try again later or contact support if the issue continues.
